High West: Bourbon

Starting with the order, first lets talk a little about High West. High West is a distillery in America, bottling four types of whiskies i.e; American Prairie Bourbon, Double Rye, Rendezvous Rye and Campfire. High West was founded in 2006 David Perkins and his wife, Jane. Other than whiskies they also got barrel aged cocktails. They have their distilleries in UT, USA (three to be specific).

Out of the four, their’s one; American Prairie Bourbon. To many, Bourbon may be a known term but Prairie might not be. Prairie is a term for large open grasslands, mostly in North America. And fyi, Bourbon is a barrel aged American Whiskey, made from corn mainly. Bourbon finds its roots in Kentucky. While there are many brands distilling bourbon whiskies all round, then there’s one, High West American Prairie Bourbon Whisky.

Ok! Lets talk, first me then my work. Well, to all I am known as a blogger. I started as a food blogger initially and I have a separate website for that too. Now I am blogging about fashion, lifestyle, travel, food etc. Reason I picked up different niches of blogging is that I didn’t wanted to stick particularly to food and I love being in the latest trends and also to curate different styles by mixing up the past, present & future. I started writing as a hobby, but out of sheer passion it took me to start my own blogs, now I run multiple blogs of my own and out of them, I got a few domains under my belt. Well, that was me, now my work, well it will speak for itself and for me.
